Love is contagious. If you have not seen the movie 'pay it forward' I would highly
recommend it. influencing the ethical culture at work can just be as simple as showing up to
work with a smile on your face and your heart full of love. It does not take much to ruin or
brighten someone's day. I believe I have already influenced my ethical culture at work by being
the most senior member on my team (besides management). When we onboard a new person
they look to me to be able to guide them for how to use the operating system. They have never
used it before so whatever practices I show them good or bad will be the ones they use going
forward. I remember my training and how well I was taught a teach them the same way. I
maintain a positive attitude so that emotions are okay, and we are both able to focus.
I chose to leave the life of a flight attendant so that I could become a commercial pilot. I
laid out a plan for my life that I would get an office job and pay my way through school and
flight school so that I could attain my goal. A positive attitude will get me a lot farther ahead in
life than a negative one will. That is how I plan to influence the ethical culture for wherever I
